SW Florida Agent Mastermind provides:

• Monthly mastermind meetings for real estate professionals
• Networking opportunities
• Educational content and resources
• Online community access
• Website with information about our events

All mastermind events are free to attend for qualified real estate professionals.

3. Eligibility

To participate in SW Florida Agent Mastermind events, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Hold a valid real estate license or be actively working in the real estate industry
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Agree to abide by our Code of Conduct

4. Code of Conduct

All participants in SW Florida Agent Mastermind events agree to:

• Treat all members with respect and professionalism
• Maintain confidentiality of shared information
• Not engage in solicitation or pitching of services during meetings
• Not discriminate against any participant based on race, gender, religion, or any other protected characteristic
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not share confidential business information of others without permission

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in removal from events and termination of membership.

5. No Solicitation Policy

SW Florida Agent Mastermind is a pitch-free zone. Participants may not:

• Sell products or services during mastermind sessions
• Recruit for multi-level marketing (MLM) opportunities
• Distribute marketing materials without prior approval
• Use the attendee list for commercial solicitation

Networking and building genuine business relationships is encouraged. Direct solicitation is not.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SW Florida Agent Mastermind or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content without permission
• Create derivative works from our content
• Use our trademarks or branding without written consent
• Frame or mirror our website without authorization

7. User-Generated Content

If you submit content to us (including feedback, suggestions, or testimonials), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content.

You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

Mastermind participants may share sensitive business information. By participating, you agree to:

9. Event Registration and Cancellation

Event registration is handled through Eventbrite. By registering:

• You agree to Eventbrite's terms of service
• We may contact you regarding event details
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events

If you cannot attend an event you registered for, please notify us as soon as possible to allow others to attend.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

SW Florida Agent Mastermind provides its services "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or completeness of information

We do not guarantee specific business results from participation in our mastermind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SW Florida Agent Mastermind and its organizers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from advice shared in mastermind sessions

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SW Florida Agent Mastermind, its organizers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination
